Edel Fencing Academy
We are a Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) group. We are a diverse and friendly group and welcome new members of all backgrounds and abilities.
Our group studies fencing methods, techniques, and tactics from historical sources, with a focus on Joachim Meyer's 1570 treatise. We pay particular attention to German longsword. However, we do diversify into other areas within HEMA such as Sabre, Side sword, Sword & Buckler and Rapier & Dagger.
